Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

At Eye Supervision, we strive to provide high-quality eye care services and ensure customer satisfaction. However, please review the following policies regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations.

Responsibility of the Payee

  • It is the sole responsibility of the payee (customer or patient) to fully understand the purpose and terms of the payment before initiating any transaction.

  • By making a payment, the payee acknowledges that they are aware of and agree to the terms of the service for which the payment is being made.

No Refunds for Completed Services

  • Once the payment is made and services are rendered, no refunds will be provided.

  • Eye Supervision does not allow cancellations or refunds for completed services or transactions related to appointments, treatments, or consultations.

Error in Payment

  • If you believe that you have made an error in processing your payment to Eye Supervision, you must contact us within 7 business days of the payment to request a review.

  • We will assess your request and determine whether a refund is warranted, provided the request is submitted within the specified timeframe.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, you must contact us at +917628951102 or via email with proof of payment and details of the error.

  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned using the original method of payment. For instance, if the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same credit card.

Non-Refundable Payments

  • Payments made for the purpose of accessing Eye Supervision’s services, including but not limited to, eye exams, consultations, or other treatments, are considered final and non-refundable once the services are provided.

Refund Charges

  • Full refund is not possible on any online transactions, a charge of 3% will be deducted 

​

Exceptional Circumstances

  • In cases where services were not rendered due to reasons beyond our control (such as technical issues or unavoidable cancellations from Eye Supervision), the refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis. These exceptions will still be subject to review and discussion with our customer service team.

Payment Methods and Refund Timing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and approving the refund request.

  • All refunds will be returned to the original method of payment only. We do not process refunds via alternate payment methods or accounts.
